Accessibility Statement
We view accessibility as part of the service itself, and we work to make our website and service convenient to use for everyone.
General Commitment
The הסעות מלכות website was built with the goal of enabling comfortable and independent browsing for every person, including people with disabilities. We apply accepted digital accessibility principles in the spirit of the Israeli Accessibility Standard (IS 5568) and the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, and we address any issues brought to our attention.
What Is Implemented on the Site
- Semantic HTML structure: hierarchical headings, navigation areas, main content region, and footer.
- Full keyboard navigation support (Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter / Esc) with a visible focus indicator.
- Alternative text for meaningful images, with decorative images hidden from screen readers.
- Clear labels for all form fields, including textual—not only color-based—error messages.
- High color contrast between text and background, with a readable font (Heebo) at comfortable sizes.
- A responsive site with large touch targets on mobile.
- Support for RTL direction in Hebrew and LTR direction in English, Russian, and French.
- Respect for the system's reduced-motion preference (prefers-reduced-motion).
The Site's Accessibility Menu
An accessibility button in the corner of the screen opens a control menu. Through it you can:
- Increase and decrease text size (85%–150%).
- Enable a high-contrast mode.
- Underline links for emphasis.
- Switch to a readable font with increased line and letter spacing.
- Stop animations and motion on the site.
- Switch to grayscale display.
- Reset all settings with a single click.
Your settings are saved in your browser and loaded automatically on your next visit.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some pages or components may not yet be fully accessible — mainly external content not under our control (such as maps or third-party components). We continue to review and improve the site on an ongoing basis.
Accessibility in the Service Itself
Alongside digital accessibility, we strive to provide a service that is sensitive to a range of needs: appropriate vehicles for elderly passengers, patience while boarding and alighting, personal assistance at sensitive times, and accommodations upon request. Please let us know about special needs already at the time of booking, and we will try to respond appropriately.
