Use of the הסעות מלכות website and services is subject to the following terms. By booking a ride or submitting a request, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

Bookings and Cancellations

A ride is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from us (via WhatsApp message or email). Cancellations will be handled according to the timing of notice — we are happy to agree on a precise cancellation policy for each booking, especially for large events.

Payment

Payment is made according to the price agreed in advance. We do not operate on a metered basis. In the event of route or timing changes during the ride, we will make a transparent adjustment and update you immediately.

Liability

We are not liable for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control (traffic congestion, weather, security events). If a delay is anticipated, we will notify you in advance and offer a solution.
