Is the vehicle wheelchair accessible?
Most of our vehicles are not dedicated accessibility vehicles. For a ride requiring a full wheelchair setup, we'll let you know in advance whether we can accommodate it.
Can the driver help a senior get in and out of the vehicle?
Yes, within reason. Our drivers are considerate and happy to assist with getting in and out of the vehicle.
Can we set up a regular ride to a clinic?
Absolutely. For weekly medical visits, we set up a fixed route at suitable pricing.
Is the service available for a care home in the area?
Yes. We work with families booking transportation from home to a care home and back.
